Job Description
In this role, you’ll assist in analyzing, developing, and implementing customer service applications using SQL and Java. You’ll be a great match for this role if you have experience with SQL server or other relational databases, as well as experience with Java. Experience with microservices and Agile methodologies/ceremonies are a plus. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate information systems. Devises or modifies application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, subroutines, and scripts. Maintains technical skill set for software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, utilities and networks needed to support work assignments. Responds to system failures and performance events.
