Senior Director of Product Design

Lead the Design Function For Products by managing and mentoring a growing team of product designers and UX researchers. Establish clear career paths and performance standards. Focus on AI by leveraging it in practice and design. Drive the long-term design vision and roadmap that aligns with company objectives, customer needs, and product strategy. Champion a consistent design language and user experience across the product portfolio to raise the bar on usability, accessibility, and delight. Contribute to the Design Systems in partnership with the Director of Design, Platforms. Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure design is integrated across the product lifecycle. Embed user research and feedback into the product development cycle. Define and measure KPIs that reflect design impact on adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and product quality.
