Job Description
The Second Cook contributes to the overall success of the Culinary team. Involved in preparing the dinner menu, the Second Cook is responsible for all starch and vegetable items required for the menu. The Second Cook will work with the First Cook to ensure that all product meets quality standards as set out by Culinary leadership. The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting. All meals and accommodations are provided, travel is provided to and from the site locations, and a private room with cable television, Wi-Fi, laundry, and gym access are included. Meet daily with the First Cook to discuss menu preparation and production strategy, assist in preparation of all menu items, follow recipes and portion controls, and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and serving areas.
