Data Architect

Construct the data architecture and implement solutions to meet Finalis' needs and requirements. Develop and optimize data pipelines to ingest into Snowflake, ensuring efficient and accurate data flow. Monitor and maintain users and pipelines, ensuring data integrity and system performance. Collaborate with analysts to capture business requirements and build an enterprise data model. Drive the implementation of data governance, architecture, and negotiation skills. Work with the BI Lead to align with long-term goals and deliver quick wins for added value. You have exceptional written and spoken English. You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field. You have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role. You have strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining, particularly in Snowflake or similar platforms (i.e: AWS S3/Redshift). You have proficiency in ELT and ETL processes; familiarity with dbt is a plus. You have expertise in data architecture, governance, and strong negotiation skills. You have excellent communication skills, excellent organizational, teamwork and analytical abilities.
