What You'll Do:
- Identify high-friction workflows, quantify costs, and design automated or agent-driven solutions that improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Build AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework, and MCP, with multi-step tool use and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Implement secure authentication, observability, evaluation, and quality infrastructure for AI systems.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software development with strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, Azure App Services, Azure AI Search, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience taking at least one AI-powered feature or automation into production.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation range for Washington State candidates: $105,000 - $115,000 USD annually.
