Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer

Jito Labs is looking for an experienced DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our deployment, reliability, and systems automation stack. You will lead by example, drive infrastructure standards, and build an engineering culture where reliability, automation, and repeatability are the default. You will work closely with engineering leadership across teams to build a production-grade CI/CD pipeline, improve release safety, eliminate manual ops, and partner with security to move the company toward enterprise-ready maturity.

As a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and enforce idiomatic infrastructure deployment patterns, develop mechanisms for safe migrations, automated rollbacks, and canarying. You will also extend and automate CI/CD pipelines to prevent outages and improve reliability. Responsibilities include owning infrastructure as code architecture, improving reproducibility of bare-metal and containerized setups, and improving observability across our telemetry stack.
