The Opportunity:
- Resolving complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, OpenStack, or Kubernetes
- Maintaining a close working relationship with field, support and product engineering teams
- Participating in upstream communities.
What you will do:
- Troubleshooting and driving issues to resolution with workarounds, guidance, and fixes to be released upstream and in Ubuntu
- Reviewing code produced by other engineers
- Maintaining clear, technical and concise communications
