Own end-to-end product design for key workflows across our web-based products, from discovery to iteration.

Translate complex healthcare and real-world evidence use cases into clear, usable flows and interfaces.

Partner with product managers to develop materials for usability testing and turn findings into design decisions and product improvements.

Partner with data science to design data-dense experiences (dashboards, reports, configuration tools) that communicate methods, uncertainty, and results.

Establish and maintain the design system in partnership with engineering and contract designers.
