Learning Experience Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Design cross-platform provider pathways that connect clinical tools with educational content.
• Build learning-centered interfaces that help providers absorb, navigate, and apply knowledge with ease.
• Contribute to the development of a cohesive Academy design system.

What You Bring:

• Relevant experience in digital learning environments (LMS, eLearning), with a strong preference for experience in healthcare.
• A self-starter mentality to tackle complex, open-ended problems with critical thinking and data- and best-practice-informed decisions.
• Experience leading the design of cross-platform experiences that create the connective tissue between products.
