Job Description
Managing Product Operations:
- Coordinating product operations to ensure quality deliverables.
- Supporting preparation and delivery of custom client outputs.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of customization rule sets.
Quality Assurance and Communication:
- Performing QA checks on data deliverables and product configurations.
- Participating in client communications, kick-offs, and training sessions.
- Maintaining documentation for new features and internal processes.
Product Release Support:
- Supporting product release activities, including UAT and readiness administration.
- Collaborating with product, development, content, sales, and customer support teams.
- Ensuring efficient operational processes throughout the product lifecycle aligned with business goals.
