Senior Product Manager, Tenant Scale

Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy and direction for tenant scale and unified deployment models across all GitLab platforms.
• Define platform requirements for tenant portability, scalability, and a unified deployment architecture.
• Facilitate tradeoff discussions around scalability, tenant encapsulation, and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Experience in product management for technical domains like infrastructure, scalability, or cloud services.
• Ability to work effectively with deeply technical engineering teams and build credibility on system design.
• Knowledge of SaaS scaling concepts such as multitenancy, horizontal scalability, and workload isolation.

Collaboration:

• Partner closely with engineering, user experience, and other product managers in a distributed environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers on complex requirements including compliance and regional needs.
• Support a collaborative team model with shared ownership across a common pool of technical work.
