Role Overview:

• You will focus on clinical checking of prescriptions for a growing patient community.
• This is a high-volume role requiring accurate work at pace.
• You will work independently in a digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clinically check prescriptions using the online pharmacy platform.
• Ensure prescriptions meet regulatory requirements and are processed within SLAs.
• Identify issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them.

Success Criteria:

• Maintain high clinical checking standards.
• Complete checks within agreed turnaround times.
• Identify process improvements and recurring issues.
