Invoice Auditor

Role Overview:

• You will review freight invoices and shipment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed pricing.
• You will work remotely in Brazil with a dynamic team focused on freight audit and logistics operations.

Accountabilities:

• Operate freight audit platforms to process invoices and resolve discrepancies within 48-hour SLAs.
• Approve invoices or resolve processing blocks using platform corrections, Jira tasks, and issue resolution workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and carriers to investigate and resolve invoice-related issues.

Requirements:

• Valid PCD documentation and a university degree in auditing, logistics, finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.
