Salesforce Developer - Business Systems

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our Business Systems team. You'll work directly with the Director of Business Systems to build and maintain mission-critical systems that power our business operations. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and other business teams to deliver scalable, reliable automation solutions. This is a foundational role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the technical architecture of our business systems as we grow.

You'll design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices and bulkification patterns. Architect and implement solutions that address Salesforce governor limits, including Flow optimization, SOQL query efficiency, and technical debt remediation. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including Gong, Marketo, BigQuery, and other applications using REST and SOAP APIs. You will also Develop and enhance our internal applications using Vue.js, Node.js, and Temporal workflows.
