- Configure core people systems to align with policy and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in people compliance at a high-growth tech company.
- Strong proficiency in U.S. employment laws like FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and FLSA.
- Experience with HRIS platforms like UKG Pro and Greenhouse.
