About the Role:
- Lead creative teams to conceive and execute communication projects across media.
- Ensure design, copy, and UX deliver strategic insights and breakthrough work.
- Manage projects from conception to completion while mentoring junior creatives.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver breakthrough creative work and influence peers across the agency.
- Master clinical data and competitive landscapes for client brands.
- Strengthen client relationships and manage workflow on multiple projects.
About You:
- Minimum 9 years creative copywriting experience with pharmaceutical experience required.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.
- Can share a digital portfolio of interactive work across multi-media channels.
