Job Description
This critical role involves designing, developing, and implementing innovative automation solutions. The incumbent will work closely with various departments to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. One will conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements from various departments. The specialist will analyze business processes, identify pain points, and define automation opportunities, in addition to documenting and communicating automation solutions effectively to stakeholders. He/she will implement and integrate automation solutions, including robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and other relevant technologies, while also overseeing the deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions.
