Senior Professional Education Manager

The Senior Professional Education Manager will report directly to the Manager or Director for their region to deliver high impact training for physicians and care teams from a variety of surgical specialties. This role will lead clinical or program verticals to develop trainer and surgeon-led training programs, identify and onboard Teacher KOLs, and provide feedback to existing Teacher KOLs on delivery, presentation, and lab execution. Additional responsibilities include working with commercial counterparts on Teacher KOL selection, forecasting and course planning, creating and revising course agendas, and participating in new indication planning and launch teams; attending surgical society events to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders; and supporting other Professional Education Managers on the team for all complex cross-collaborative events.
