Head of Product & Delivery (UK)

Product Strategy & Ownership: Define and own the product vision, translate objectives into initiatives, make trade-offs to balance speed and quality.

Delivery & Execution: Work closely with engineering, own prioritization and scope decisions, ensure decisions are grounded in data and customer insight.

Commercial & Customer Focus: Partner with leadership to align product strategy, develop a deep understanding of customers, ensure products deliver clear value.
