Entry Level Plan Analyst

Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for remote Entry Level Plan Analysts (Associate Account Managers) to provide clients support on 401(k) issues over the phone. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of safe harbor clients, managing workload, and consulting with clients regarding plan operation and design. The role involves working with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience. Document all client interactions and work towards obtaining an industry designation. Committed to lifelong learning and coachable. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, customer service experience, excellent communication and time-management skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and comfort using a computer.
