Build and deploy internal AI automations and prompt-driven workflows to streamline insight gathering, simulate customer scenarios, analyze Gong and ChurnZero data, and scale internal research. Oversee setup and configuration of AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms. Ensure agents are properly trained for text analysis, semantic search and real-time insights without deep technical intervention. Partner with Go To Market stakeholders to design fast, structured tests for messaging, targeting and full-funnel optimization. Identify GTM inefficiencies and deploy AI or automation to remove bottlenecks, improve speed-to-insight and reduce manual effort. Work hand-in-hand with the Data team to ingest, model and analyze large, complex data sets; extract key findings; craft expert summaries; and distribute actionable insights. Train and support marketing teammates on emerging AI tools. Monitor new AI and MarTech trends and evaluate and pilot tools for personalized outreach, creative testing and behavior-triggered campaigns.
