Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive ML strategy and roadmap for core marketplace components.
• Architect state-of-the-art ML systems handling high-throughput production traffic.
• Solve two-sided marketplace challenges like real-time intent prediction and cold-start.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience deploying ML models at scale.
• Deep expertise in recommendation systems, ranking, and deep learning.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or modern recommendation techniques.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Familiarity with MLOps and distributed training frameworks.
