Role Overview:
- This role is the first dedicated Staff PM to own all aspects of monetization for a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS business.
- You will work across three time horizons: near-term conversion experiments, medium-term AI credit system development, and long-term pricing strategy in an AI-native world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the primary metric of free-to-paid conversion, building and shipping the experiment roadmap.
- Partner closely with engineering on billing infrastructure, including Stripe and legacy code.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product/Engineering and Go-to-Market teams (Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance).
Growth and Impact:
- Contribute directly to the company's North Star goal of growing from 11k to 20k paid customers by the end of 2027.
- Monitor key business metrics like ARPC, new MRR, churn, and AI credit revenue.
- Solve the uncharted problem of how to effectively price AI capabilities within a CRM product.
