Manager, Government Affairs and Weather Enterprise Partnerships

Government Affairs:

• Serve as AccuWeather’s primary representative to U.S. Congressional members, committees, and professional staff.
• Develop and execute AccuWeather’s Congressional outreach strategy in coordination with senior leadership.
• Proactively monitor the legislative and regulatory landscape.

AMS Engagement:

• Serve as AccuWeather’s primary relationship manager with the American Meteorological Society.
• Work to embed AccuWeather subject matter experts and viewpoints into AMS peer-reviewed publications, technical reports, and policy statements.
• Engage with AMS committees relevant to AccuWeather’s business and scientific interests.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with AccuWeather’s communications, marketing, and corporate leadership teams to ensure consistency of messaging.
• Develop materials, briefing documents, and presentations that clearly convey AccuWeather’s value, impact, and mission to external audiences.
• Raise awareness of AccuWeather’s life-saving role, economic contributions, and technological leadership across all stakeholder communities.
