Marketing & Communications Specialist

Marketing & Content Management:

• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Manage social media scheduling, publishing, and monitoring, and coordinate marketing materials and digital assets.
• Organize the content repository and support sales enablement materials.

Internal Communications:

• Coordinate the internal communications calendar and develop company-wide announcements and newsletters.
• Partner with business leaders to gather content for key initiatives and support internal campaigns.
• Support quarterly All Hands meetings in coordination with the Talent team.

Employer Branding & Cross-functional Coordination:

• Execute employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns across social media and careers pages.
• Publish employee stories and culture content, and assist with industry events and awards.
• Work with Sales, Product, and HR teams to collect and publish marketing content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
