Job Description
Guide and advise AlterCall’s founding and technical leadership team to build world-class, scalable, and human-aligned enterprise AI solutions. Input will shape architecture, technical roadmap, and engineering culture, ensuring growth fast, smart, and with intention.
Within 90 Days, assess current product architecture and provide prioritized recommendations on AI systems, infrastructure, and scalability. Support recruitment and mentorship of internal engineers and external contributors. Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and extensible as we expand across enterprise clients. Provide technical thought leadership to support fundraising, strategic partnerships, or press/positioning.
