Senior Manager, Accounting

The Senior Manager, Accounting will be a key member of the Dianthus finance team, working with business leaders across the organization. This role assists with the oversight of all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, payroll, and purchasing. This role also assists with the preparation and analysis of accruals/prepaids for clinical trials, manufacturing and other research and development activities. This role will prepare and/or review related journal entries and supporting financial schedules. This role assists with the preparation of financial statements and other related reports including balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, budgets, footnotes, and variance analysis. This role keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions. This role assists with the implementation of accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
