Product Designer Pleno

Accountabilities:

• Deliver high-quality user interfaces with strong attention to detail, usability, and visual consistency across key product journeys.
• Create and maintain clear, structured, developer-ready design handoffs in Figma, ensuring designs are accurately translated into implementation.
• Organize and document design files, components, and specifications so they can be effectively used by engineering teams and internal AI-powered tools.

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience with UI design and Figma is required.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including file organization, component usage, and preparation of designs for developer handoff.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in UI refinement, visual consistency, and design quality.
