Job Description

What you will do:

  • Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews.
  • Develop financial analyses and other pro forma financial models.
  • Prepare detailed reports and workbooks outlining key findings, risks, and opportunities.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience.
  • CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred.
  • Strong interest in and passion for empowering employee ownership in small businesses.
