Job Description
What you will do:
- Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews.
- Develop financial analyses and other pro forma financial models.
- Prepare detailed reports and workbooks outlining key findings, risks, and opportunities.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience.
- CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred.
- Strong interest in and passion for empowering employee ownership in small businesses.
