Responsibilities:
- Contribute to defining scope and estimating resources for client goals.
- Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions, managing service requests.
- Coach and lead client and ArcLight project resources to ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions.
- Experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital projects.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
- Annual incentive compensation potential up to 20%.
