Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagement as the first point of contact for ArcLight throughout the project, managing customer teams and overseeing budget and financials.
• Manage relationships across the client organization, including team members, stakeholders, and executive management; own project communication.
• Execute project management for Oracle HCM deployments, working with companies to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of project management experience with Oracle HCM Cloud required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite; Smartsheet and PMP preferred.
• Remote-first position for US or Canada; ability to travel up to 25% may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range CAD $175,000-$210,000 plus annual incentive potential of up to 20%.
