Accountabilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver software implementation activities for mission-critical solutions.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and delivery strategies while managing client expectations and communication.
- Monitor project financials, resources, and performance, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing enterprise software implementation projects, ideally in utility billing or CIS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with AI-enabled tools and willing to travel up to 5% as needed.
