Senior Project Manager

Role Overview:

• You will own planning and execution of high-priority initiatives across the organization.
• Build and manage detailed project plans from the ground up, defining milestones and tracking dependencies.
• Serve as connective tissue across departments, ensuring organizational priorities translate into coordinated delivery.

What You Will Do:

• Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, keeping workstreams on track.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives with follow-through.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes before they become problems.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong command of PM tools and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating structure without perfect information.
