Role Overview:
- Run and grow EXANTE's options and derivatives business with full P&L accountability.
- Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute trading and hedging strategies for the derivatives book.
- Enhance product offerings, onboard counterparties, and drive platform improvements.
- Grow client flow through collaboration with Sales and Relationship Managers.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10–20 years in options or derivatives principal trading or market making.
- Multi-asset experience across equity, index, FX, and commodity markets.
- Strong risk management background and established counterparty network.
