Technical Lead - Golang (Perm, Canada, Remote)

As a Technical Lead at Nearform, you will lead and guide development teams, translating business and technical requirements into impactful applications. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, managing projects, resolving blockers, and ensuring adherence to software development best practices. You will also work directly with clients to translate requirements into technical briefs and shape architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Providing updates to client and Nearform leadership is also required.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software engineering, particularly with Golang, and have experience working directly with clients. Deep understanding of agile methodologies, test-driven development, version control, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies is essential. The candidate should also have empathy and strong people skills.
