A Senior Recruiter, GTM is needed to drive hiring for our rapidly expanding go-to-market teams across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Partnerships. This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, loves building, and wants to shape the DNA of a world-class commercial organization. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, partner closely with leadership to forecast and plan hiring, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS)—from intake and sourcing to offer and close. Act as a strategic partner to GTM and executive leadership. Build talent pipelines proactively, and Deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Use data to drive decisions; Continuously improve recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices; Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, and Hiring Managers.
