Job Description
Be the subject matter expert for Paid Search channels in the APAC region and manage all daily operations for SEM campaigns and initiatives for Deel including Google AdWords, Discovery, and Bing. Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing and other regional Paid Ads and Paid Search managers, ensuring top-performing and continuously improving Paid Search efforts. Work with the APAC Paid Social manager to guarantee cohesive campaigns, reporting, and collaboration with APAC marketing and sales teams for lead quality, reporting, and scaling. Perform daily platform management and monitor search performance, to identify key trends.Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding algorithms, KW bidding, and variables for growth to reflect company priorities.
