Cell Therapy Navigator

Cell Therapy Navigator will be responsible for ensuring superior customer experience supporting a first in class launch of AMTAGVI, an innovative cell therapy for metastatic melanoma. The role will report to the Director, Strategic Accounts. The Community Cell Therapy Navigator is a strategic, field-based role responsible for overseeing regional implementation of community-based education initiatives, patient navigation optimization, and metrics to drive awareness and access for AMTAGVI. This team member will help with early patient identification, appropriate referrals, and patient readiness for advanced therapies, such as TIL. The role combines nursing experience, sales experience, patient and programmatic coordination, and bridges educational outreach. Guides local adoption of best practices related to diagnosis, referral, and treatment readiness for AMTAGVI. Serve as a liaison between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business and medical objectives. Integral member of the cross-functional team, coordinating “warm-transfer” of patients from the community setting to the ATC. Delivers disease-state, referral pathway, and therapy-readiness education to HCPs, office staff, and nurse navigators across large community practices and affiliated networks. Serve as assigned mentor and leader to other Iovance Nurse Navigators and community educators.
