Project Manager 1 - Substation & Transmission

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with multiple departments to manage the capital project execution life cycle, including contract administration and resource management.
• Direct and mentor the project team to ensure accountability, while developing positive working relationships with client leads and stakeholders.
• Identify and control construction risks, manage change, and prepare clear, concise reports that meet client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess 7+ years of experience in Project Management within the Utility, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
• Demonstrate proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, and comfort with approximately 10-25% domestic travel.
