Onboarding Engineer

As a Onboarding Engineer at Mangomint, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how new users experience our product from day one. You’ll work across both customer-facing onboarding flows and internal tools that help our team onboard new clients more effectively. This is a frontend-heavy role where you’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to design intuitive, elegant, and impactful onboarding experiences that improve activation, time-to-value, and retention. You’ll also contribute to our broader frontend codebase, collaborating with other engineers to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
