Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all operational aspects of assigned Phase I clinical trials from startup through closeout.
- Oversee CROs and vendors to ensure clinical operations align with study goals, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain study-level operational plans, including monitoring and risk management plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree welcome.
- 8 years of direct experience in clinical trial management within pharma, biotech, or CRO.
- 2-3 years of experience in Phase I clinical research, with immunology/dermatology experience a plus.
