Responsibilities:
- Independently direct strategic GCTO initiatives and establish process standards.
- Oversee tracking and reporting of deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Proactively identify dependencies and adapt plans to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; scientific discipline strongly preferred.
- At least 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, majority in clinical operations.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CPM) and Sigma belt preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary range $173,200 - $272,600 per year.
- Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive.
