Client Delivery & Launch Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for complex, multi-workstream engagements, including commercial and patient support program launches, transitions across vendors, platforms, or service models, and rare disease initiatives.
PMO Development & Operational Excellence: Establish and scale a centralized Project Management Office, designing standardized frameworks like integrated project plans, governance structures, risk tracking tools, and status reporting templates.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop Senior/Junior Engagement Managers and Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications:

20 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting with hands-on expertise in project management.
Deep understanding of Market Access, patient support programs, HUB services, and access/reimbursement models.
Proven ability to build and operationalize PMO functions or enterprise project frameworks.
