Role Overview:
- Responsible for driving operational excellence across the organisation.
- Oversees strategic projects, customer and group analytics, pricing governance, and implementation of new contracts.
- Provides centralised project management oversight to ensure timely, aligned delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Develop and distribute analytics frameworks and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Support pricing models and governance, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong background in project management; PMP/Prince2 certification desirable.
- Proven experience in PMO, commercial operations, analytics, or business management.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
