What You’ll Do:
- Conduct chart audits to ensure compliant medical record documentation.
- Develop/revise audit tools and identify documentation improvement opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with staff regarding audit findings.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current RN license.
- 4+ years of RN experience and 2+ years of EHR auditing experience.
- Strong ability to interpret guidelines and exceptional attention to detail.
