- Perform monthly variance analysis and provide explanations of results.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with the Financial Analyst.
- Prepare recurring departmental and operational financial reports.
Data, Systems & Reporting Tools:
- Utilize advanced Excel functionality, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Maintain and update reporting tools, templates, and analytical workbooks.
- Support dashboard and reporting tool maintenance.
General Ledger & Close:
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries with supporting documentation.
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciling items.
- Support monthly and annual close processes.
