Analyzes and designs clinical workflow and utilizes change management techniques to facilitate process improvement. Supports Radiologist workflow with Dictation integrations for third party dictation and Speech Recognition tools. Actively participates in teaching and training customers via a travel schedule that is consistent with the requirements of the position.

You will be responsible for designing the tools and workflows that power human data collection and curation at Cohere. Human feedback is fundamental to how our models learn, improve, and get evaluated. You will design the systems that enable high-quality annotation at scale, working across the entire data lifecycle and partner closely with modeling teams to design intuitive workflows and make annotators more effective and efficient. Your work directly shapes model capabilities and will be critical to Cohere's success.
