Senior Policy Director, Anticorruption & Accountability

Lead national strategy on Anticorruption & Accountability, set the strategic vision for the portfolio of issues within this policy pillar, and ensure alignment across state and federal advocacy. Manage and mentor members of the Anticorruption & Accountability team: coach and develop staff towards their goals and support their career progression and retention at Common Cause. Drive policy implementation & state-level impact, work directly with state teams and coalitions to enact policy changes, pass legislation, and initiate litigation to create a more transparent, ethical, and accountable democracy. Represent Common Cause at the highest levels and serve as a lead spokesperson in coalitions, media, and policy settings. Strengthen organizational impact & cross-team collaboration and ensure strong coordination between departments. Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.
