Manager, Cloud Infrastructure

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments. You will play a pivotal role in our cloud strategy, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. You should be comfortable working across time zones, guiding cloud integration efforts for M&A activity, and jumping in to resolve complex technical challenges alongside your team. You will lead, coach, and grow a high-performing global infrastructure team and oversee the installation, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrading of servers, storage, and networking equipment. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Manage incident response processes, including root cause analysis and postmortems. Lead vulnerability management efforts and coordinate with Security teams on remediation. Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions for critical infrastructure and services and drive automation of infrastructure provisioning and operations using IaC. Partner with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure operational excellence. Own cloud and infrastructure integration during mergers and acquisitions and participate in budgeting, tooling decisions, and infrastructure roadmap planning.
