About the Role:

• This is a Partner position with a portable book of business in a full-service New Jersey law firm.
• Real estate is a priority, and the role offers a broad platform for client service and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Bring and grow your portable client relationships using the firm's full-service platform.
• Develop and execute a business development plan with support from the marketing team.
• Mentor and train associates and counsel on your matters.

Qualifications:

• Eight to 15 years as a partner with a documented portable book of at least $500,000 in originations.
• Experience in New Jersey commercial or transactional real estate.
• Client relationships that clear conflicts and a stable career history.

Location and Compensation:

• Remote within the United States, with New York as the primary location.
• Annual base salary range from $250,000 to $500,000.
